  • Incorrect addresses
  • Force majeure events
Lost Packages

Customers must notify us within 14 days of the stated delivery date for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should contact support within 7 days and provide photos of any damaged products or packaging.

Pre-Orders

Products marked PRE-SALE or PRE-ORDER are charged at checkout and ship on or about the date stated on the product page. If a pre-order ship date changes materially, we will notify you by email with the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Free Shipping

Orders of $70 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $70 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.
