Returns

Because TULUI products are consumable goods, returns are generally not accepted.

Replacements and Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect shipments

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

TULUI reserves the right to request photographs and order information before issuing replacements or refunds.
